I was hopeful about this app aside from it not having an apple watch function. It was easy to set the intervals and the vibrate function. It vibrated on first interval and then skipped the next 2 so I turned it off. Fix that bug and I’d love to use it.

The app was easy to use, easy to read, it I didn't realize before I bought it that you can't change the 5 minutes and 1 minute intervals, a few more options on that front would be nice Update: this app does in fact allow you to change the interval times, complete user error on my part, making this an excellent app 😊

First time using it. Worked ok but it stopped tracking when the phone went into sleep mode. Also would be nice if it logged your workouts over time so that you could see time or distance history.
