Don't make the same mistake as me and pay for this app! App is very basic and lacking features for price! There is no option to add in a timed warm up or cool down. There is also no option to specify the number of intervals or total time you'd like the timer to run so essentially it just keeps going until you manually end it. I should have done my research and quite frankly searched differently on iTunes. Found another FREE app which has all this functionality plus some!

Love how that you can customize the run/walk settings. Very easy to use and it is much better than other apps such as Couch 2 5K. Let's you set your own time for running / walking.
Sometimes simplicity is the best thing you can ask for. Again, I'll say that is very easy to use and hassle free.
Sorry about the post before me, sometimes people can't appreciate the effort it takes to create an app and distribute it to the public. Time and effort were taken up by the writer for this app. If they ask for 2 or more bucks, it's worth it.

Works great except... it apparently doesn’t turn off! Not listed in Settings with other apps so there are no ways to set it. So I had to delete it. IOS 12.0.1 on iPhone 7 if anyone is watching.
