For meats that require searing. It needs a setting for electric ranges. Going high to medium high on electric is by no means immediate. Also wish it had saved favorites. Keep up the good work.

Can't go wrong if you follow the instructions. Comes out tender and tasty. Better have all trimming ready cuz you don't want to let it get cold. I like 3/4" thick.
