There is limited user controls, both on the app and desktop website. You cannot sort your appointments by status (confirmed/declined/awaiting approval), nor can you edit your appointments on your own to add “buyers name”. When you’re scheduling multiple appointments, and they are frequently being cancelled, declined, or rescheduled you don’t want to see all your appointments. I find most times I want to view all requests by status. This is very disappointing. Also, we agents are not allowed to see any notes made by the home owner or tenants that would help us schedule appointments that would be far more likely to be approved.

I constantly get error messages and have to hit the retry button, but half the time the app will not open properly. I am unable to enter information into it so that I can schedule appointments 90% of the time, or to see appointment information. It’s very frustrating, and embarrassing to have to constantly call CSS with clients present because my app won’t work. At first I thought it was my service, but then it happened on two different phones, the iPhone X and the iPhone XS, using both Verizon and T-mobile. I never have issues with ShowingTime, and am thinking about switching services.

Most of the time I have to call to schedule an appointment because the app doesn’t work correctly for scheduling the times. I can put a start time, but it doesn’t give me an option to do the end time, or rather when it goes to that screen nothing it there. No end times to select from so it won’t allow me to schedule. I would say this happens about 75% of the time. The app is pointless if you can schedule from it. I also have problems being able to provide feedback.
