I’ve been using this app for several months. I lost some weight, my body is more toned. The difference is amazing. All that bearing in mind that diet plan is easy to follow and I picked up some great recipes and the workouts are easy and clear. Safe to say it transformed my life with very little effort. As far as eating- I’ve never eaten so much in my whole life! Yet I lost weight, got stronger and feel better. The app is easy to navigate. Support is helpful. I recommended it to my friends, because it made me healthier and fit.

The Pfau fitness app has helped me more than any personal trainer has in the past! I love the new updates with more access to programs. The app helps my form while I’m working out, helps my workouts be shorter and more productive. Huge plus to the app is the diet and nutritional information, I can’t recommend the app enough. I had several of my family and friends download the app and all of them got in better shape without having to hire a trainer or dietitian. Truly a blessing, thank you!!!

I’ve been using this app for a while, and the latest update is fantastic. With more programs to choose from, I’ve found the chest-focused routine especially helpful. Chest has always been a weak point for me, but this routine is really making a difference in both strength and definition. The exercises are challenging yet manageable, and the focus on proper form has been a game-changer. If you’re looking to improve your chest workouts, this is definitely worth checking out!
