So the desktop version is great. But the mobile deposit option is weak. Need to take multiple pics particularly of back to deposit a check. Took me 6 times. Get me back to the old ways

I like it because it allow me to see my account without any issues. I like the message that I can ask questions without going to the bank. Thank you

It NEVER lets me take a picture of check to deposit it. Very inconvenient when branches are spread out and evening hours are done at 5pm. I work out of state and direct deposit is not available to me. Mobile deposit would be great if it actually worked on the app. Probably going to have to switch to a more customer friendly bank
