BIOS Health: Tracker can be used to track common health metrics, including heart rate and your 6-Minute Walk Test. A 6-Minute Walk Test measures how far you can walk in 6 minutes and is often used by doctors to assess cardiac health.

The app includes easy to follow instructions to collect a 6-Minute Walk Test at home using your iPhone. It is as simple as taking a walk. Your results will appear in the app the following day. BIOS Health: Tracker gives patients and clinicians a common language to discuss their condition. New metrics will be added to the app periodically.
