I log onto my account and request a SOA. I have had converge for 10 months already. They show Sep, Oct, and Nov, but not December, and no other SOA prior to Sep. They rarely send me a SOA, so I have no idea what payments that I have made have been credited or not. Often it is difficult to make a payment unless you have a SOA to show how much your payment is supposed to be. When I used their chat link, it just gives you useless automated responses that took me right back to my account where the SOA is not. Don’t waste your time. I have some issues with the connection going out sometimes, you just have to wait. I never see a credit on my bill for the time the service is unavailable. There is no way to get support from this company. No idea how they can make you sign a 2 year contract for such a bad service. The only good thing I can say is that I do get a confirmation text when I make a payment, but you still do not know if it is being credited properly.

App won’t open. I get a spinning “gear” that goes on forever until I give up. But that’s the case with most customer interfaces of Converge, not just this app. I have a service revision request with open ticket from July of 2020. It’s now March 2021. 🤦🏻♂️
Update. They’ve closed the ticket without resolving it.

This app is not working. I want to pay but it doesnt go through. Kept logging and out of the app because sometimes it will show the due amount, next log in it shows zero amount. I hope you will do something about this.

b. Non Technical Support - You can submit a form with auto-creation of ticket feature for all non-technical concerns like billing and payment related, sales and new application, upgrade, site transfer, reconnection and other concerns.
c. Knowledge Base - a series of answers to your frequently asked questions that will help to solve your concerns.
