Went through Easter pre-order process on the app and was unable to continue from menu to cart. Was about to give up then tried another restaurant and voilà! If a restaurant is closed, why take one completely thru the ordering process and then leave them hanging?
When I check status of my Easter pre-order, the order appears under all four headings: all, processing, delivered, and cancelled. How can that be?
I tried to follow up using online web site, but apparently app credentials are not recognized by the FMK web site. Why? Are these not one in the same?
App entry fields are very touchy. Must tap EXACTLY on beginning of box. Tapping anywhere else in the box doesn’t work.
All in all mine was not a good experience.
