I cannot imagine travelling by road and that too long distance without having this application installed in my device. Travelling by road is unpredictable and you need to have proper access to road side assistance.

The list of service centers seem limited. I was able to search for a service center by address rather than by name which is extremely odd. I also had to enter my car information before starting the process of requesting a tow truck. Seems like we could get those specifics once I have requested the tow. They also displayed the price of the two up front which is good and bad. Because of the price I just bailed. If I knew how long it was to get the two I might be willing to pay the price.
