We used this app for the first time. Our family try to stay home as much as we can due to COVID-19, so this apps has became handy. Placed order night before and food arrive 2pm next day. Food is fresh and well packed, price is reasonable, we were grateful. Later my wife discovered there is an item missing in the delivery, we contacted the customer service and they refunded us immediately! Overall I will give five stars for the food and service.

Thtis is a scam. I downloaded the app and add $100 to my account however the account balance showed $0after I added money. After resolving the issue with customer service I finally can order. I then paid for my order and it is two days after order been placed. I have been trying to contact customer service but heard nothing back. They take my money, no delivery and no response. DO NOT use this app. This is a scam. I am reporting this app and I am trying to get my money back.

delay one day, no one contact me! and still didn‘ t receive my order! But it shows will be delivered within 50 mins no later than 4 hours! Cheating app. Fake advertising.
