I never write reviews for apps. Ever! But I had to write one for Canva because they literally changed my life. I own a small holiday decor craft store and aromatherapy shop and I despise social media. I was never posting ANYTHING at all until I discovered Canva. Now I post to both Facebook and Instagram about 4-5 times a day and they’ve made it SO easy to do. Even for a hater like me. They give me ideas but also the license to have fun with it. I can’t thank them enough! If you own a business, you need this app!

I really love Canva as a whole and this app is very useful for creating social media stories and such. My first issue with it is that the integration between the story creations and the computer website for Canva is lacking. It always glitches with loading the stories I’ve created in the app and shows deleted stuff on my main Canva web account. It’s not a big deal, just annoying. My other issue is that I don’t like having two apps on my phone for your services. They should all be combined into one app. It’s similar to when Facebook put their messages into a separate app. Completely unnecessary and not as functional for people who like to have less on our phones. Otherwise it works very well as I’m used to with Canva. I’d prefer you guys to merge this with your main app so it’s more cohesive managing my account projects all in one place.

This app is an incredible addition to Canva itself. I use it daily for work and it makes my stories SEAMLESS. I am obsessed. 5 stars, when it works.
PLEASE FIX THE CRASHING ISSUE!!! Recently, when I try to download my stories, the app will crash half way through downloading. I have tried EVERYTHING to ensure it’s not a user error on my part - I updated my phone, reinstalled the apps, restarted my phone. No matter what I do, I can’t get my stories to download. I have to download a single video story through Canva, which totally defeats the purpose of having this Stories app at all (my stories DEPEND on downloading separate pages).
I am a paying Canva user. PLEASE fix this!!!!! I will update this review when the issue is resolved.
