I woke up this morning feeling under the weather, used my phone to see what urgent care was open near me and got a notification about the CITYMD app. In less than 20 minutes I had downloaded it, registered AND had a virtual Dr. visit and got a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. All from the ease and comfort of my own home. Definitely using this app again.

I’ve loved every experience with them and just when they couldn’t get any better they come out with an app and virtual appointments. The world has been saved! And more importantly cared about and cared for, they do everything to anticipate a normal persons life and all they’re juggling. Thank you!!

I have attempted to use the app on three occasions, and I have put in all of my information for my insurance carrier. Each time as I am about to see a doctor, I am told they cannot connect to my insurance and that i will have to pay $79 for what should only be a $50 co-pay. It also suggests that I may be able to submit my receipt to get money back but that has not worked in the past with services like this. Very disappointed as I am in their system from at least a dozen visits in the last 3 years.
