I’ve been using this app on and off for months, and I never got a loan until this week. This is because the app makes you jump through so many tedious hoops just to match you to a lender, that I often just gave up. A lot of the reviews on here look fake to me honestly. The app is poorly designed, where if you close it or accident hit a wrong button, you have to start the ENTIRE process over again, entering information like you SSN, you bank info, salary info, etc. I just so happened to have enough patience this week to go through this process about 15 times. Let me be clear, this app does not loan you money. It finds you lenders that will approve you. In my case, it found me a lender, and they did send me cash (took 2 days). What is the downside to this lender, you may ask? Well, it is a Native American company, which means they are not subject to federal law, only to tribal law, and loan interest is 800%+!!! If you need the money desperately like I did, just know what you are getting into. Know it is not easy, and paying back a loan will not be cheap. Hopefully this can help someone else see through all these fake reviews. 3 stars because I actually got money out of it.

I read the good reviews and gave it a try. After taking all of my personal information, the app was “searching for lenders” to get me approved for a loan. This took over 10 minutes and I started receiving multiple phone calls and emails. The app was still stuck on the same screen searching for lenders and that’s all it says now I can’t even go back in to delete my information. It made me provide my employer information and random numbers starting calling my work phone NONSTOP and I work at a public business how embarrassing! The lady verified my personal information and was speaking so fast about the terms of the loan I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she told me all I had to do was sign the email she sent me to get money transferred to me but the email didn’t include any of the loan information and she was rushing me and being rude and I told her to remove my work phone number and stop calling. Well what do you know.. she called about 10 more times after that and I had to block the number. They now have all my personal information and I’m scared I got scammed. Do not do it.

it is the best app ever I have use. In my own view, it serves as a link between these self center banks we got around here that is, if u have two separate bank accounts u can easily send money from one account to your cash app and transfer it to your other bank account. Nevertheless cash app needs to expand America isnt just the world. we got six other continents. I always wish to transfer money to Africa to love ones and family. Hope yall work on it soon
