App Profile: Exscribe Mobile EHR

The Exscribe Mobile EHR enhances the orthopedist's intake workflow by enabling patients to review, complete, and sign off forms and questionnaires using an iOS device.

Exscribe Mobile EHR also provides clinical users with secure, remote access to their patients' charts with access to the following:

• Viewing provider's schedules
• Viewing and modifying the patient's status and room assignment
• Capturing photos of patients and their conditions
• Reconciling patient allergies, medications, and conditions
