This is a great app, it has everything that I was looking for!! First, it figures out what the carb/protein/fat/calorie composition of all foods out there are (and their lists are extensive, including Trader Joe items. Hooray!!). And if you can’t find it on the list, try using the barcode scanner on the item. And second, it tallies my daily intake so that I hit my goals without going over!! I love it. Thank you!!

I signed up for a free trial (3 days), which you have to pay for. I want to cancel and can’t figure out anywhere how to cancel. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. The ap is too time consuming for me. I thought it would have a lot of low carb foods already in its data.

This is an ok app as far as tracking your carbs and fats. The exercise choices are terrible and now I’ve paid for this app and can’t add my foods through a search. I don’t have time to add everything from scratch. Don’t buy it. Not worth $38
