Initial release seems poorly thought out. After completing my profile in-app I was unable to sign in for some time with a reassuring message that the app was in a pre-release status. If it's a pre-release then who pulled the trigger in the scrum meeting to pull it out of UAT and release it? Even today I can't sign in and receive a heartening "Oops! Something went wrong." message.
Avoid giving them your information and don't bother creating a profile; you'll be disappointed at the wasted effort.

This app has been a total failure to the point where a joke doesn’t accurately describe it. I had to send funds from the trading app to the wallet where I couldn’t send them or do anything with them for months. I contact customer service who keep saying I must be doing it wrong and need to lower the send amount to account for fees which I did upwards of 20-30 times. Upon providing them pics and whatever they needed they kept insisting I wasn’t doing it right. When I finally was able to get it to go through and got a receipt it showed that I sent it to not one but two contact addresses that were not the one I specified. Then I was told well that’s not our fault. EToro stole my funds and blatantly disregarded my issue. I recommend that no one use this company for any reason. Unless you want to just give them your money. Because they will take it anyways if you use their exchange.

I am joining eToro, Primarily for the $50 bonus, so i figured i would download the wallet as well go check it out. I’m going to give it the benefit of doubt, but so far reviews don’t look all that promising. Increasingly more negative—1 star reviews than 2 or three, much less so 4. No one wants to store expensive investments in a buggy app, that doesn’t work as advertised, or has been updated in years. If it has been updated, i have a recommendation. You guys should reward some crypto to rate, and leave a review. After it’s updated of course—-that’s if i hasn’t already been done. Again i will update this after i check it out and test some things!
