I tried this app and the information seemed pretty interesting but now I’m having serious issues with my IG after over 2 years issue free. I kept getting unauthorized logins from another iPhone 4 states over every time I used the app so I decided that was a little weirder than it was worth the money. Now I’m fighting with Instagram to fix the problem I’m having with friends not being able to see my profile, receive tags or send or receive messages. I don’t know if the app is to blame but it’s strange that IG started acting up around the same time I linked my account.

I paid for a year subscription and I finally realized that this app has never refreshed since I bought it. Every time I check who’s not following me or unfollowed me, it’s still the same people months later. When I look specifically at who unfollowed me it’s not even accurate! Half of them are still following me!
It doesn’t tell me on a daily or even weekly basis who has visited my profile, it just reached the first 99 people and has since never actually updated. I just assumed it was the same people everyday looking at my profile, but upon closer look I realized nothing has changed from a month ago - and people who I KNOW have been on my profile yesterday or last week have never been on there.
This app is so completely flawed I can’t believe you’re actually releasing this in the public and charging people money for this.

It’s an absolute scam and these people should be sued for fraud.....they are actively engaged in a series of overt actions intended to manipulate users into purchasing a subscription, deceive users by falsely reporting that individuals are visiting the users account when in reality they are not, they continue operations without redress of user grievances or after being asked in writing to cancel their respective subscription. Instead they continue to inflict financial damages to said subscribers, and they fail to provide a clear, coherent, and convenient way for users to withdraw and/or control in any way THEIR Instagram account information from the application’s database in order to revoke said applications permission to have access to the user’s Instagram information and data. That folks is textbook fraud especially since both “actus reus” and “mens rea” are being satisfied.
