It’s a great app and helped me a lot with my alta especially if you don’t know something that you need to know like what app to get to set your FitBit up just try it out you’ll really like the community.

It does what it is supposed to but it took me awhile to understand it. I’m not an intuitive user and didn’t understand past set up. The “how to” took time to figure out. I missed several days of statistics because I didn’t understand it had to be synchronized daily. It does work well but a “cheat sheet “ with simple explanations of icons and processes on paper would have helped me navigate. Seniors were not reared with electronic technology.
