Whatever these guys did in the past week really improved the app. The lay out and user interface has been great. The functionality was a little faulty before the last update but now everything is smooth as butter. Great job O3 and thanks for the best neo and nep 5 token wallet out there for iOS.

Clicking the claim button has poor user experience (UX). It takes a while for the waiting indicator to display (“Claiming gas this may take a while”). While you are waiting to see the wait message you may find yourself wondering if you actually tapped the Claim button and you may tap it again. After it finally displays and goes away, you see a cryptic alert dialog that says the claim was successful, but it may take a while to show up in your account. Often, in my experience, the app needs to be restarted before you can see your new gas. Sometimes you get strange error messages at this stage. It’s just not ideal UX.

Response to dev response: on iOS, if offline, the app loses all functionality and displays an error message “uh oh! There is no internet connection” with an emoji. Everything else gray and nothing clickable. Edit: devs were super responsive and had the issue remedied within a day. Upped rating to 4 stars-good up but still a bit clunky. And I dislike having to be connected to the internet to generate a new wallet. This is an essential security flaw. App on iPhone and iPad crash while sending a tx. Updated and still having same issue. Cannot send neo or claim gas without crash.
