Nudge is a weight management app for young adults that allows users to self-monitor their diet and track their physical activity and weight. This program focuses on healthy eating, exercise and behavior change with personalized feedback and motivational tools. Nudge includes educational lessons, resources, multimedia content, recipes, and location-based, tailored messaging. Personalized feedback is given based on user performance. Users connect their Fitbit account to Nudge. Users may opt out of data collection at any point.
