I really like this blender and the app! But I have some suggestions... You should be able to add the auto renewal/subscription pods to your account from the app and/or order more pods from the app. In the same place you can see which ones you use most. In the app, you should be able to rate the pod you just had. So you know which ones you like most. And also a page that shows the total consumed and personal rating of each pod. The app should tell you the exact percentage of your bottle instead of just a picture. The next version of the bottle should be able to blend ice or frozen fruit.

Basically, the title is the issue. I received a Vejo. I charged it for two hours. The light on the top seems to be functioning correctly. I filled water up to the fill line in the container. I placed the pod into the product per directions. I screwed on the cap until there was a obvious click. And then there was nothing. There was absolutely zero response from the blades. A unscrew the cap only to find a pod that was open but with dry mix on top and water on the bottom. I’ve contacted Vejo a few times now without acknowledgment of receiving my emails. I also tried to call the number provided from this app after clicking the hyperlink “support”. This number appears to be out of order. Oh looks like I’m going to have to call my credit card company to see what kind of options I have with them.

The blender is good but the app has regressed in a few ways: the app used to let you connect the blender to the app so it knew when you started a blend - all you had to do was choose which one. That’s gone. Will we ever get automatic detection of pods via camera? They did fix the 12/24 time stamp on pods but most of what is added is bloat while taking away some of the valuable stuff. We’ve been asking for Health app integration for a year, even if it meant camera support for a scanning a barcode ... and crickets.
