Unfortunately unable to install on Windows 8.1, software only available via Microsoft Store which requires Windows 10. Requirement is not listed on the app’s page at the time of this writing. Not sure as to the quality of the software’s functionality, will increase rating once the clarification is added to the page. No response on the provided customer support forum page. No problems installing phone side otherwise.

The windows client is a bit finicky to install and setup (avast hates it), but once running the app is impressive. I use it for Elite Dangerous, but it can work with any program. Like having a modular button box for every sim. Def worth $3, try it out! Now if only I knew JavaScript...
