This app is a disgrace to coding. Multiple crashes just trying to install it. Demands to install the redistributable every time, regardless if it's already present on the computer. You then have to click repair, then restart the computer, which only then, the actual installation of the program will occur. THEN it requires an update that may or may not even complete. THEN your asked to download a module in order to connect to your smartphone, which doesn't even appear for you to select. To make it appear, you have to click on offline mode, which lights up the "update available" button (still doesn't tell you what it is, assuming the module you need). Que more crashes even trying to get past this point. What a dumpster fire.

Cant connect. Does not work. Buggy. Cant contact support. Want to know more?
I have 3 devices; an iPad - no connect. It stays "pending". an iPhone - no connect. It stays pending. A very old iPhone 4 - ah, it connects but even after purchasing 2 extra tabs - no joy. Does not work. Try to contact support in-app: send button not responding. Check tutorials and follow it to the letter. Does not work. Check forums: Follow all advice and ideas: Does not work. Google for ideas: Try them all. Does not work.
Save yourself the trouble and use your keyboard.

Got the ROCCAT Sova after watching a Linus Tech Tips as I needed something for couch gaming. The Smart Connect module is impossible to download. There are posts from 2016 complaining about this issue. I am not paying $200 to buy something that is a failure as a software.
