I have been a medical marijuana user for 9 years and Trulieve is not a medical marijuana dispensary, they are a recreational marijuana dispensary. Personally I feel it should be legal recreationally however, people that seek medical marijuana use strictly are really out of luck for help at Trulieve unfortunately. That being said, they do have the amazing syringe oils that no one else has, when they have them in stock that is. The app should not require location services to be turned on and therefore I will not be using it so cannot properly rate just the app alone.

Just got my card, been attempting to get meds for 6 days now. Got my email, order is ready for pick up, get there she says “ oh yea it’s going to be a 2 hour wait to get your product” I say “umm but it says my order was ready to pick up” she says “no that not the way it works”. I don’t see how hard it is to go get a bag and let me get my meds when you tell me it’s ready. Don’t tell me it’s ready if it’s not. This is Florida and it’s 95* out now. Customer service 0 service 0. wont ever help them stay in business. I’m actually glad I haven’t got anything from them yet. I’d rather support the little guy anyways. The Walmart of dispensary’s.

I like trulieve, but this isnt a review for trulieve, its a review for the app. And the app is garbage. It requires u to have your location turned on, any time u click a category it just gets stuck on the “loading...” screen. Also, to top it all off, the items that are available on the app NEVER correspond with what they actually have in store. Every time i’ve ever wanted something the app listed, they’ve never had it in store... this app is completely useless. Just call your local trulieve and place an order or inquire their inventory over the phone. Way easier and quicker
