Really wish you could search for a song to see which volume needs to be purchased and download. As of right now I have to look through all 37 volumes for the song that I want. Huge waste of time especially if the song isn’t even in there. I have to reconnect the app to the karaoke machine every time I switch apps. There is a glitch with the app with my new iPhone Pro 12. The interface is really stretched out and buttons overlap. The last thing I can’t figure out is I have songs in my list with no song data. I really want to remove them so I don’t waste time plugging in numbers to songs that don’t work.

So you’re not gonna be able to download new songs into your karaoke system unless you update your program first. The issue is, the system will not complete the update and will just ended up rebooting your system. And for that, there’s no use using this app to get new songs. And the bad part, technical service doesn’t know anything to fix these issues. They just recommend to reset the system and deleting every songs and updates you purchased. They can’t even bring back all the songs purchased that were deleted from resetting the system. They need to do better in their technical matters with these product because there are many same complaints with these same issues with the system program updates.

There has got to be a better way to connect. It’s very frustrating when I lose connection over and over again over a period of one hour. Why can’t the device connect directly to the Wi-Fi network and the app connect to the same Wi-Fi network and then talk to each other? There’s got to be a better way than this. It makes me not want to own this machine.
