Live Better is Medibank’s exclusive health and wellbeing program designed to help you do just that – to live better.
We think you should be rewarded for looking after your health, however you enjoy doing that. That’s why eligible Medibank members with hospital or extras cover can earn rewards with our Live Better program.

Whether it’s a walk around the block, visiting a Members’ Choice Advantage provider~ or shopping with our wide range of health and wellbeing partners, eligible Medibank members with hospital or extras cover can earn points that can be redeemed for great rewards with Live Better.

Want $200 off of your health insurance premium? Extra services (excluding optical) on your extras cover? A $200 adidas gift card? Take your pick.
With Live Better rewards, eligible Medibank members with hospital or extras cover can earn points that can be redeemed for great rewards from our partners including Apple, adidas, Fitbit and Amcal.
TO USE THE APP YOU’LL NEED:
* to be running iOS 12.0 or above
* to be 18 years old or over
* a valid Australian residential address.
TO EARN LIVE BETTER POINTS AND REDEEM REWARDS:
* you must be an eligible Medibank member with hospital cover, extras cover or hospital or extras cover and be up-to-date with premium payments. Excludes members with Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Ambulance only cover, ahm covers and other selected covers
* you must have signed up to Medibank Live Better with ‘My Medibank’ or have linked your My Medibank account with your Live Better account.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to earning points depending on your chosen earning activity, and to redemption of rewards depending on your chosen reward.
