I have a transfer from my other wallet to Tenx. Unfortunately, my transfer was lost on Tenx end. I had email and discussed the issue with this company, but they didn’t intense to work to solve the issue beside their apology and refusing to assist anymore further about the lost transaction. Hope that Tenx will improve on your product and serve your customers better! Imagine that people might send thousands value of crypto currency to Tenx, and it is disappear and lost on your end. How sadly would your customers feel? Nevertheless, for Tenx’s customer, please be careful when you send your crypto currency to Tenx ( especially a large amount). Thank you and best wish!

I have set up all necessary items and sent everything in. I no longer have the same UI or even the option to send or choose any wallet except BTC. The only thing in regard to a PAY token wallet is the name of the APP! Not sure what is going on but I've been waiting since the app came out!! I love the concept. Pretty sure this will be a 5 star soon enough. On a okay track.

Setting up an account on this app requires verifying your phone through an automated text message. If your phone is from the USA, then too bad... you cannot type in your phone number, as USA is not in the predefined list of countries whose Area Codes are accepted in the verification process!
