98% of the tome I get a no menu available or can’t load the stand message. The one or two times that I have actually placed an order it doesn’t make it to the kiosk so that my order can be made. I don’t receive an order number or acknowledgement of my order until well after it has been place and I end up going to the kiosk and asking them to make my order for me. Very time wasteful and frustrating.

I just want to check on the order I just placed. Why do I have to look at every past order and read all the dates just to see if the one I placed today is ready? Move all the orders from before today to a "Past Orders" tab so I can see at a glance if my lunch is ready

Every time I’ve used the app, I get a notification that my order is ready— 10-11 minutes *before* my requested pickup time. (I eat around 11am, and this time I picked an 11:10 pickup.). I pick a future time for a reason. Don’t put my order in the queue 15 minutes ahead of time if the queue is empty.
