Totally unreliable. First time the order never came. Decided to give a second chance. Order was more than late but during this time of lockdown you can forgive. However no way to communicate with them to find out what is going on. Most of the order didn’t come. Okay during this time you can even forgive that. But the order was thrown in the back of the vehicle and I was given someone else’s order. Bags all mixed up. Cold things not kept cold. Searching through all the bags to find what was mine. Because most was not there and there was no list with updated order the poor driver was lost.
