I got the app 8 hours ago and I already got 10 notifications. It’s not even important stuff; one of them literally said, “not to be obvious, but it’s 4:20...” like what is the point of that???

Buying tickets to Clusterfest is a huge waste of time and money. It is staffed by inexperienced volunteers who know nothing and have no authority. To get into a show you have to reserve tickets after you’ve already paid for tickets. Reservations can be made by anyone so literally anyone can just push the button to block people waiting in very long lines from getting into shows. A can of beer will cost you $12 and if you do have a drink and get into a show you’ll need to use the restroom. Women left their purses with friends at their seats when they went to the bathroom and were told they could not return to their seats and had to go to the back of the very long line. Comedy Central has refused to issue refunds.

1) no sign in option for app. 2) received an email to reserve time slots for The Office and Signified experience. Press reservation section and all it tells me is that I don’t have any reservations. Still confused on how to actually reserve. 3) Can’t access my ticket via app. 4)Can’t sync “my list” with others. 5) no map of the various comedy show locations. The only useful part of this is the ease to purchase tickets. Unfortunately I purchased tickets months ago so their really is no need.
