The app is glitchy—it works, but sometimes it flips around recent conversations in a weird order or makes them disappear entirely, making the user have to search the name. The look of the app is great, design, colors, and concept is all good, it just doesn’t function all too well. Another problem: when you go to type a message, the screen automatically scrolls up and most recent message is covered by the keyboard. Just like it’s internet counterpart, the mobile app is average, to poor in user interface. If the glitches are fixed, this could be a great app! Overall, functional but not perfect

I use this app for my job and it worked ok before. Now it logs me out quite often sometimes in the middle of me composing a message. Quite often I can’t log back in. Sometimes I can’t see messages while in the app. It’s beginning to be more trouble than it’s worth.

I use this app for my job daily. Because I use it so much, I wish it was designed better for the iPhone X (I have the XS Max). Top of the app is cramped under the notch. The bottom icons are placed right where the home indicator is so I’m constantly hitting that. Poor design choices for the X.
