I clicked on the REMOVE WATERMARK to purchase and the watermark is not removed in addition to the locked features still locked. They provide no contact information on the mobile app, no settings, no nothing. You have no way of contacting them. I searched and searched all over the website looking for them, and finally, after MUCH frustration, I found them right here on the iTunes where it led me to their supposed “developer SUPPORT website/page”, which is an unkept Facebook page with last post being that of 2017. It also has poor ratings. Your social media pages are windows for us to see from the outside the pride and care to how you conduct business on the inside. Apple needs to update and upgrade their policies for app developers and hold them to higher standards. App developers need to have working pages, websites, and contact numbers especially if they are charging customers. This is NO WAY to conduct business.

I made an intro and had to re-make it about seven times because every time I added the “thunderclap” sound it crashed the app. That was severely annoying. After staggering the addition of sounds between other items like text and stickers, it finally worked (but it would crash again if I faded the thunderclap out). Ugh. Needless to say when I finally did everything in an order that pleased the app, no crashes, I saved it, and... It didn’t save it the way I edited it. I had text that was supposed to “fade in” and when watching it and editing it, that’s all it did- which is all I wanted. After saving I opened the file and the text faded in as well as DROPPED in. I never clicked another text animation, so I went back and double checked, re-did it, made sure that ONLY fade was selected of all animations, both for in and out animations, and it did the same thing. I went to try and change it to NO animations to see if that at least wouldn’t make the text drop in, but then the app crashed. At least two stars because the concept is cool and the layout is simple. Lots of cons about it crashing, ads playing every time you open a new editing tool, and the fact that it doesn’t even save the way it shows you’ve edited... Super bummed.

I swear this app knows what I want to do and then does the complete opposite- or just wont let me do anything at all. The ads were over-the-top ridiculous in quantity, I’m talking another 2 pop up every single time you start an action. If you can make something with the free version, then you have the patience and persistence of a saint. However, upon activating the free trial, the app finds new ways to annoy and taunt you! Like the text won’t move to the right. Up, down, left, sure, but you really only needed about 1mm right, and instead, you got something so jacked that you no longer remember why you thought this would be a fun and enjoyable project. Do yourself a favor. Pick a different intro maker; this one makes me want to throw my phone at the wall.
