Will someone in a position to make decisions PLEASE muster up the impetus to fix this app. I am begging you guys. This would probably be my favorite app of all time if it ran smoothly. These days I rarely get past the loading screen before the app crashes, and on the rare occasions the app does load, I’m only allowed a few seconds of navigation before the app inevitably closes. I understand if there are limitations due to my (slightly) outdated phone/IOS, or the massive scale of the video library the app offers, but if there’s anything the developers can do, PLEASE do it. The idea of the app is so freaking cool, and the clips are amazing in quality, so it makes me so sad that I can’t use the app :(

From the moment I opened the app everything worked smoothly, and it is an absolutely gorgeous simple app. I had my phone connected to Wi-Fi, and a full battery charge with no other apps open- every single video played for me smoothly, and crystal clear. The only thing I will NOTE is that I couldn't find a video longer than five minutes. They are all micro videos which are still very cool, and educational- but I would have enjoyed something a little bit longer to watch. A great app for people who enjoy learning about animals! I was happy to see a micro video on the Leafy Sea Dragon was included, because they are my favorite!

I’ve bought this app before and it was honestly the best app I had in a while. However, after a few weeks, up until now, it keeps crashing before it makes it pass the loading screen. Somebody needs to fix this app if possible, otherwise, it’s not going to keep well with anybody. I would like somebody to help fix this app so that it runs smoothly again
