I really like how it has many different EV cars to chose from- including the one I have. But this app needs fixing. It's glitchy, and the altitude always says "0". Many features of the app are difficult to tap on. And whenever I try to change from the default weight of 170, it goes back. Also there are many features of the app I don't understand how to use. It would be helpful to have some sort of tutorial. So this app has a lot of potential, it just needs fixing.

I ride an electric motorcycle cross country with custom charging equipment and fairings, and this app has been very useful for modeling travel risks with range.
The interface could use some smoothing over but the core mechanics are solid. Most EV owners are far less willing than I am to fiddle with an app to get what they need, so I hope a makeover addresses the interaction glitches.

Very buggy, incredibly confusing had to restart the app several times after being trapped in dead end screens. The app tries to do too much and ends up doing nothing. It draws a nice map that provides no useful info. Looks like the user knows how to create nice color balance and lots of advanced iOS coding but not how to create an app that is actually useable. It needs a complete redo. Hopefully this will happen since there are few other options out there.

Go ahead, you can change that too and save your car's settings. Don't see your vehicle on the slider yet? Just customize the next best thing.
Add custom waypoints, evTripn is 'off the beaten path' friendly. Charging at a friend's house? evTripn can calculate that too. Simply press and hold on the map where you would like to create a stop and select Add Waypoint.
Don't see a charger on your route? Just switch over to "within map view" mode to reveal all chargers visible on the map. Then select whichever charger you want, you are not limited by the plotted route in evTripn. You can go anywhere!
