I found this buried in the App Store and I'm not sure why it isn't the first free choice (obviously they didn't pay to be first, but that's how it works). Works exactly how I hoped it would, and being able to listen back to my pregnant wife try to read a baby book made us laugh all night.

Does what it's supposed but disappointed that it doesn't mess up my speech. I see people doing this on the net and I just don't seem to have any issues even when using earbuds and ear protection for firearms.

It works so good, within the first few seconds I'm stuttering lol best out there.

This app listens to you talk, and plays back your voice at a slight delay. This confuses your brain, and can make it very difficult to speak properly. The app relies on Delayed Auditory Feedback to achieve this effect. Here's an explanation from Wikipedia:

"...effects of delayed auditory feedback in non-stutterers include reduction in rate of speech, increase in intensity, and increase in fundamental frequency in order to overcome the effects of the feedback."
