I have and IPhone 7+ and for the last few months the app doesn’t load. I’ve contacted the representatives at Space Age and they say that they can’t find out what’s wrong with it. I’ve been banking at the credit union for over 30 years and if I can’t use my phone to access my account I’m going to have to find another bank.

Banking apps should be easy to use, intuitive, and leave the member confident in any transactions conducted. This app does NONE of the above. The security features are good. However..... When I transfer funds to an external account, the app is EXTREMELY clunky and un-intuitive. First, I select the external account and IN or OUT. Naturally, if I’m staring at an account with the need to make a selection, I think IN/OUT of the account I’m looking at. This jab it the case. It’s the opposite. IN/OUT of SAFCU. Once this is figured out, the SAFCU account is selected. And the amount. The next screen shows the transaction with a save button. Save what? I didn’t get any confirmation page, verification page, nor acknowledgment that a transfer was actually going to happen! After that, I don’t have a way to look to see pending transactions! All I can do is wait to see if I actually did the transaction correctly. Absolutely awful.

The app mostly works well but I have found that the mobile check deposit is very touchy with signatures. I hope this gets fixed soon
