The app is great but it asks for a review every morning while I’m checking in the first customer. I already left a review but it keeps asking anyway. Update: It’s been over 2 years using this. The nagging for a review every morning stopped for a while after I wrote the first review, but recently it started again. 😬

When finishing tickets while away from the office using an apple tablet with mobile roaming data, tickets that are being finished just disappear from system requiring all weights, pricing as well as customer information is needing to be re-entered again when back at office, doubling the workload. Customer service has many needs including representatives that can communicate better, very few IT techs available to assist and seem to know very little about industry or the program they are representing. After 6 months working with this program I see no value if fixes can’t be made.

This software has been a blessing! It’s easy to use, and helps us to be organized, efficient, effective and prosperous in our efforts to support Damascus House Foundation. The tech support is also effective and efficient; whenever I have had occasion to contact them, I have always received a friendly greeting from a concerned technician and they remained in communication with me throughout the usually short process as they resolved any concern I have had.
