I downloaded this app to track my tax refund form. The app wouldn’t refresh the status of it. I have to delete the app and login again with my account for the refund status to refresh. Apparently, it’s a joke that the app only load the status when I initially type in my tax form ID and does absolutely nothing after that. I thought it was my phone but I changed phone and the app is still not refreshing.

This is the worst app ever. The information will not refresh in order for me to track my tax refund. Not to mention it would not allow me to add additional receipt numbers after I closed the app. There are many bugs in this app which need to be fixed. Note - Even the website has bugs for tracking refunds.

This is the absolute nightmare of a corporation to deal with when collecting VAT back in Europe. My experience dealing with their Lisbon office associates was totally rude, unprofessional and heir associate even yelled at me. Their app either shows error messages or does not load any receipts when you try to scan it. It’s a shame business continue to use such sham corporations. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
