Ever since upgrading my app, i have not been able to transfer a single amount, the main reason for using mobile app is to be able to transfer fun on the go. This stupid app keeps keeps on displaying the msg “your request cannot be processed at the moment, pls try again later” nothing works !!!
Furthermore i used to pay my zong mobile bill via the mobile app, after upgrading now i dont even see zong in the list of mobile operators anymore 😕 its all effed up big time !! Time to shut down my account i guess !!

The day i have received my upgraded card the app has stopped working and no one taking my complain. MCB cannot integrate their systems and did not intimate the customers on it. Now i am stuck with zero access to the mobile app since over 20 days now. Still there is no update on when and how they are going to resolve this issue. Pathetic bank and services

After the upgrade I am having problem in transferring the amount the page after inputting beneficiary details do give option to scroll down on iOS and hence no option appear to transfer money please look into it as what’s a purpose of the application if you can’t use it
