May be a good idea, but the execution just doesn’t work. It took several days just to be able to create an account, then it’s impossible to login after that. Nothing but the spinning wheel of death. Then a “connect device to the internet” on a device connected to the internet. I was told I’d be contacted by customer support, but never received any sort of help.

I just paid $179 for the device that accompanies this app and right out of the starting gate I cannot even set up an account in the app. I have sent 3 emails to the developers and have received no support. If I do not hear from them today, I will be returning the device. Buyers beware! The device is useless without an app that works!
