It works well enough but is tricky about different fonts and messes up a lot of words. Though I don’t need it in a daily basis as of yet I feel sure that this will be helpful and a real time saver considering I have adhd and slow typing skills when I go off to college.

Scanner works well enough and as expected based on other reviews. Also works well without Cloud processing (device in Airplane mode). This is big for me as I would use to scan “notes” while reading on a plane. The biggest drawback is that the app’s Share function only exports as an email attachment, to Dropbox, and to Google Drive. At minimum please add Evernote support and the clipboard (!). Better yet, implement the iOS system share sheet so text can be sent to many other installed apps and services by the user. This improvement would be 4 stars for sure from me, maybe 5.

I’m sure from some videos you guys know the potential on how GOOD a product like this CAN be. But as the old saying goes, if it’s too good to be true, it MOST likely is. I have a 2021 iPad Pro running the latest iOS version as of the time of this review (iOS 15.5), it’s connected to the internet, and when I tried to pair the Scanmarker Air with this app it straight up FAILS and gives me the following error: “Internet connection appears to be offline, check your connection and try again” I ALREADY AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET! I needed to, to download and install the app. As with previous negative reviews I KNOW they’ll put in some ***generic apology*** response. But DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I’m going to try the scanmarker reader. But if it gets me the SAME result as this product, I’ll do everything in my power to let folks know to consider buying another product.
