The only problem is the app doesn't auto save the password like everything else, and when I tried to put my password in manually, it said my password wasn't my password... now I am aware it is case sensitive, but I ended up getting locked out anyway because it said that my password wasn't my password, and when I clicked on "forgot password", unlike EVERY OTHER APP IN THE WORLD, their website said it sent a link to my email for password recovery, yet I have no email for it, and yes, my notifications for it are all on

Our LMS was working great with the previous application and I had few complaints. When the New App was published (2018) there was an array of issues that should have been caught with any basic trial run of the app; but it was okay, until they removed functionality of the old app, forcing all users to use their new and STILL BROKEN new app. The new app does have some good new features that are welcome, but as Apple is finding out, people like functionality over features. This app has potential but is still buggy and weak, to the point that our techs are not able to navigate to a Microsoft SharePoint page without the app crashing and logging out; this ticket has been open for months and still not resolved. I am so frustrated with Litmos and the unacceptable quality of application they’ve allowed.

For some reason Bluetooth headphones do not work with this. Mobile learning is a big reason we are using this. Please fix!!
