I started to order through the pickup option and it wouldn’t let me switch to delivery. I had to close the app and start over. Also, please add PayPal, ApplePay or some digital payment. People don’t want to give or store their cc info with Zeeks. I don’t know how well you maintain your security. Also, please tracking. I want to know where my order is.

This has got to be the single worst app I have ever used. The flow is confusing and counter intuitive. Performance is slow. There is no “back” button so I was constantly struggling to navigate. It forces you to make choices that don’t make sense. Want a challenge? Try ordering a half n half pizza. I guarantee you won’t get it right until your third try. Literally took 15 minutes to place my order and by the time I got to check out there were two extra pizzas in the cart. Just a miserable experience. They really need to throw this out, hire a new developer, and make something simple and user friendly. I like the pizza but the app is so bad I won’t be ordering again.

I’d rather use the app than call in to the call center because it’s a lot quicker and there’s pictures of every pizza so you can see what you’re getting if you haven’t tried it before
