The last 2 games haven’t been getting notifications hour before the game either has my husband on his iPhone. Please tell me why the notifications are not working 1 hour prior to the game

However we cannot get it to play the fight song or make the Wildcat Roar. We have iPhones. Are we doing something wrong? Have reloaded and that didn’t help. Thanks
