It was a little hard for me to do meditations on my own at the beginning, I always found myself and my mind wondering after a few seconds I started. With this app it's so much easier and I truly enjoy it. I started getting more focused and now I want to do it more times a day.I absolutely love the centering thoughts and mantras of each meditation. I feel so relaxed after I meditate. What a great way to start my day! Thank you for creating this!

I initially resisted paying for a meditation app, only opting for one or two of the available centering thoughts. However, I found I enjoyed those and got enough out of them to look forward to the next practice and been adding to the centering tracks.

Simply wonderful and easy to use. Great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. I use this app daily until I've completed the daily meditations and revisit it every six months or so.
