Loaded, deleted, reloaded, so many times only to fail each time to log in on my iPad. I can get it on my iPhone, but you know what, my eye sight is not what it used to be. I opposed dropping the print version at first but was willing to give it a go. Obviously from all the other comments here this is a major failure. Please get this straightened out or bring back the print version. Bad decisions by the board. Rating 1 star and that’s on more than it deserves.

App won’t let me login as instructed using my AWP site credentials. As a result, I could only see the preview versions of these publications. But even those were designed for print instead of the digital layout needed for a phone app. It’s a lot to have to zoom in and out twenty times to read one page. I’m confused by this design choice especially after AWP announced cancelling its print version of the magazine (hence why I’m here struggling with this app). Maybe they will just publish the articles on the website soon, so they are really accessible? I get if it has to be behind a paywall so the content still feels like a perk of membership.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. I had hoped the problem had been fixed by now but no. It is particularly annoying because there is no way to get past that notification and request help. Later—when I went back and tapped on the app to try to delete it in disgust, low and behold it popped open and I had full access! There seems to be a glitch that required me to close it after downloading and logging in before I could reopen and access the issue. ??? Anyway, it seems to work now so I have upped my rating.
