Bill pay stopped working about 3 months ago and is still out to this day. Bill pay is the most useful pet of the app and now it doesn’t work.
If you only want to see your balance, this is the perfect app.
If you’d like to have any type of banking features - RUN!

I’ve been a member of Transcend for many years. They have the best customer service and awesome products, but their online app is just as great. It has everything you need to keep up to date with accounts. You can pay bills and even apply for a loan all from your phone. So easy to use.

I can never get this app to work.
Also - since Transcend took over I cannot get connection to Mint. I always have to go to web browser. It is so bad I can’t even get user and password entered before it just locks up. Maybe it’s iPhone XS issue since app is over 1 year old.
