I love this app I needed something to catch all of the killer pics/shots in my videos without destroying the quality with a still . I like that there are two ways to move within the video to get the right stills My only suggestion is stop giving suggestions of what stores would be great I don’t know what format the app goes off of but it literally suggest nothing but a bunch of garbage that is exactly what it supposed to do and I really don’t have any complain because it’s just added extras that I don’t like thank you so much

The app no longer seems to save photos to the camera roll, they’re not showing up under “snaps” in the app, and they’re not showing up in the camera roll. The action of saving frames from the video just doesn’t seem to be happening. I have used the app for years. This happened once before and it fixed itself with time only (nothing I tried fixed it), just had it happen again so I deleted the app and probably won’t reinstall it. It’s great to be able to grab full resolution frames from videos but I’m going to have to settle for screenshotting videos with iOS’a native screenshot feature from now on which isn’t exactly the same but it’ll have to do. Also note, I paid for the app, and it hasn’t had any hot fixes or updates for 5 years to address these issues. Won’t be redownloading until it’s updated and fixed.

I have tried everything with this program and still can not get the pictures to save. I click the down arrow, it flashes, and adds the picture to the snap tab number count but when I click on that tab I can’t see the thumbnail. I can click in the empty space where the thumbnail should be and the picture comes up in the main window but it is not saved on my phone and nothing happens when I press the share/send arrow. I found the editor through the iPhone photos program and was hopeful that was working but again there are no pictures saved on my phone. I checked settings, updated everything, and restarted my phone. “/ Any help would be greatly appreciated I tried so many apps before finally finding and liking how this one is suppose to work.
