Great app but I don’t understand the purpose of the subscription? You offer a cloud version which I understand the purpose behind that but this app does not offer anything the requires a monthly subscription There is no type of service in the app the utilized outside resources by the company. All information is stored on the device and Dropbox is a service provide by another company. I think a one time fee would be a better option for this app. But still a great app.

This is the app that actually works for me. I've tried many other apps and programs for managing my properties. They were bulky and did meet the needs of a DIY Landlord/Owner like myself. However PropertyBuddy seems to have been designed with me in particular in mind. This app has made managing my properties much much easier. Super App!!!

Been using this app for at least two tax seasons and my accountant loves the reports. In general this is pretty easy to use, has a nice UI and the team seems to always push out new updates. Perfect for my 5 units and pricing is reasonable.
